Let me state up front that I bought this book for the pictures, the recipes were secondary.I have always wanted to go to Mt Washington Hotel in NH and got that opportunity to this past fall. When I saw this book with the Mt Washington Hotel on the cover, I had to purchase it as a memento. I noticed it in the gift shop but knew I could get it on Amazon when I returned home. As a side note, the hotel did not disappoint!!
I am a pretty good cook so did read the book in it's entirety to browse the recipes for keepers and to see if I had been to any of the hotels featured. I had been to several of the hotels so that was fun and I made notes in the book. However, I didn't find any recipes that were of interest.
